FAIRPRO 2018 conducted in January 2018 (26th to 28th)

FAIRPRO is a property exhibition conducted by Credai every year to facilitate the home buyers to choose their dream home at one place i.e. “All Under One Roof”. Our builders offers special offers for spot bookings at the stall those 3 days.

Also we organise all the reputed banks to participate in the exhibition with a facility of “on the spot loan approval” and fabulous offers like interest rebates, processing fee waiver and so on.

Exhibition was inaugurated by our Trichy City Corporation Commissioner and the Exhibition Booklet was released by our Trichy Collector. Honourable Central Minister Mr.Pon Radha Krishnan and MP Mr.Siva were the special invitees.

Installation Function held on 15.04.2018

Investiture ceremony of new office bearers under the Presidency of Mr.S.Anand for the year 2018-19 held at hotel sangam. This is a prestigious customary function of our association takes place every year during the month of April. Trichy Corporation Commissioner and TN CREDAI President were the Chief Guests.

Center Median Garden – Formation and Maintenance

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity we have taken up this center median located at Anna Nagar Uzhavar sandhai Road to beatify with flower plants and greenery we have installed the garden at an expense of Rs.5 Lakhs and further we are going to maintain for ever. This is was handed over to the Trichy Corporation Commissioner at a formal function on 14.04.2018.

Special articles has been published in various newspapers about this activity.

We have met the Honourable Housing Secretary and Honourable I.T. Secretary at the secretariat, Chennai for the welfare of our builders and ultimate benefit for the home buyers.

Our members participated in “Waste Management Program” and extensive workshop conducted by the Trichy City Corporation with experts from various research departments at Hotel Sangam, Trichy.
